Our colour story

At Montane, we create performance apparel, designed and perfected from fabric to colour. Inspired by nature's palette, our Colour Designer has introduced Husk and Dark Maple as well as best-selling styles in our recently introduced hues of Cornflower, Sea Mist, Oyster, and Caper. These new tones invite you to immerse yourself in the outdoors and discover a fresh perspective on adventure.

Inspired by natural, earthy tones, Husk evokes a sense of the outdoors and is designed to be versatile across various activities, especially hiking and general outdoor life. 1 This adaptable shade pairs with a range of other colours. For hiking, it complements greens like Caper, and blues such as Stone Blue and Eclipse Blue, creating a natural and rugged aesthetic. For downtime between adventures, Husk can be worn with Dark Garnet (for men) and Oyster (for women), offering a sophisticated and contemporary look.
